Call for chapter contributions pushing boundaries in international social work

This is a further and final call for chapter contributions to volume three of the IASSW book series on Advancing Social Work Practice. This volume is titled Pushing Boundaries in International Social work and Social Justice and welcomes contributions in the following areas:

 International social work and social issues, globalization and social change
 Global agenda, regional, multilateral and bilateral collaboration
 Dealing with social justice issues: gender, criminal justice
 Human rights advocacy from a social work perspective
 Social development and SDGs

This volume is being prepared as part of a SpringerBriefs series. The primary target audience is practitioners, policy makers, social work instructors, researchers and related professionals, and may be used as a supplemental text for social work courses.

Abstracts of no more than 150 words should be sent as soon as possible to the volume editor, Mark Henrickson at m.henrickson@massey.ac.nz . Theoretical as well as research- based chapters are welcome.

This volume is at its final stages of preparation, and has room for three additional chapters of approximately 6000 words. Referencing follows the SpringerSocPsych referencing style in Endnote. Formatting instructions are available by contacting the volume editor. Chapter submissions will be due by 1 November 2024. If you have cutting edge topics you have been exploring, now is an excellent time to put them before your social work colleagues.
