Welcome to the 2025 Asian & Pacific Islander Social Work Educators Association (APISWEA) International Conference on Social Work and Social Sciences, proudly hosted by the University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta (UMJ). This year’s conference is centered on the theme, “Global Transformation and Challenges in Social Work and Social Sciences Toward Achieving the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).” This pivotal academic gathering seeks to unite global experts and scholars dedicated to addressing issues affecting Asian and Pacific Islander (API) communities.
