World Social Work Day Celebration at the University of Latvia

Prof. Annamaria Campanini, Immediate Past President of the International Association of Schools of Social Work (IASSW), was the invited guest on March 26, 2025.
She delivered an insightful talk on the unique aspects of social work in different regions of the world, highlighting the diverse challenges and practices shaping the profession globally.

As part of the celebration, she presented the prestigious IASSW plaque to the University of Latvia, recognizing it as a valued school member of IASSW.
