国际社会工作学校协会(IASSW)对人类尊严的声明 国际社会工作学校协会(IASSW)致力于公正和包容的世界,支持人的尊严作为社会工作价值观和人权。社会工作价值观和人权在社会工作教育计划、教育战略和政策、研究等方面均有所反映。 通过平等待人和尊重他人,IASSW致力于(社会)包容,让他们感受到被重视、被包容、有的放矢以及他们幸福感之提升。人的尊严被认为是所有人类固有的。平等和有尊严的待认是人权的基础。因为他们是人类,所以所有人都必须得到尊重,不管其所处的阶级、种族、性别、民族、文化、性取向、教育、宗教或其他任何其它分类。人的尊严不应该是通过努力获得的,它是人类固有的。 人的尊严意味着从政治、精神、社会等层面紧密地与责任感、尊重及与某个人基于自己的能力与选择所选择的任何人等结合在一起的自由,并且意味着具有某个人所尊重的自我、身份以及没有对来自社会团体或者政治机关负面干扰的恐惧之联系等的自由。 国际社会工作学校协会(IASSW)承认人们在不侵犯他人的条件下,行使自己的权利和履行自己责任的重要性。这将需要从所有层面上,从人际到国际层面上,考虑潜在的影响。
